FREE shipping on all UK orders. Items will be sent out by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

All international orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked International and cost £9.99 Standard & £12.99 Express

It goes without saying that we will always try and get your order to you as quickly and as seamlessly as possible (whoops, we said it anyway). However, we are a tiny team who pack all of your lovely orders ourselves. We aim to post everything out within 24 hours (weekdays only) of you placing your order but sometimes we don’t run quite fast enough to the post office and miss the last collection – sorry! We do not post orders on weekends or public holidays.

Customs

Our postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if these costs are not paid and you choose not to collect your order.
